The training manual “Cultivating Democracy Through Civic Education” was developed in a cooperation between Civics Academy and the Electoral Commission of South Africa (IEC).
The booklet is based on our Civics Academy videos and provides an overview of crucial topics of civic education, like democracy, the Constitution, governance, local government, citizen participation and elections. It offers questions and role plays to reflect on on the information presented.
